New Here

We are so glad you found us online and are interested in learning more about First Presbyterian Church of Fort Lauderdale. We pride ourselves as being the church Where Faith Comes Alive! Our robust programming is tailored to offer opportunities for families and individuals of all ages from birth on up. The following are just a snapshot of all our church has to offer:

  • 8 Ministries: Adult Education, Children’s, Men’s, Music, Senior Adult, Women’s, Young Adult and Youth & College
  • Happyland Day School
  • More than 50 Programs and Classes
  • Ongoing Mission Projects
  • Annual Concert Series

The possibility of a new friendship starts with an introduction. We invite you to connect with us through the following opportunities:

We offer two types of Sunday Worship Service, traditional and contemporary, at three different times to accommodate your schedule:

8:30 a.m. Traditional Worship in the Chapel in the Sky in the Neumann Center – ON HOLD
The intimate setting of our early service provides an up close and personal feeling to our worship service.

9:30 a.m. Contemporary Worship in Fellowship Hall – ON HOLD
A more relaxed atmosphere, with contemporary music, worship band and casual attire.

11 a.m. Traditional Worship in the Sanctuary (AND LIVESTREAM)
Our later service is held in a formal setting, offering everything a traditional worship service provides including organ music, hymns, full choir and more! Reservation required if attending in-person.

Finding a church you feel at home in can be difficult and being the “new person” can be unnerving. We would like to change that by personally welcoming you.

We offer breakfast in the St. Andrew’s Room at the Neumann Center every Sunday morning from 9:15 to 11:00.  Whatever service you attend, please join us for a delicious, homemade breakfast before or after church.
Come fellowship with friends, new and old!

Cost is $5 per person and no RSVP is needed!

No breakfasts served during June, July and August.

Our campus is easy to find and located in the Colee Hammock neighborhood, a quaint location and just steps from the New River, in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. We have plenty of space and offer guest parking. For directions and parking location information
