Men’s Ministry

  • Tuesday morning Men’s Bible study is open to all men of our church community. The group meets at 8 a.m. on Zoom. Our new focus will be on the book of Romans. The Epistle to the Romans or Letter to the Romans, often shortened to Romans, is the sixth book in the New Testament. Biblical scholars agree that it was composed by Paul the Apostle to explain that salvation is offered through the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is the longest of the Pauline epistles. Connect with John Standart for more information. Click here to join the group via Zoom.
  • Thursday Afternoon Bible study continues at noon in the Neumann Center Library and will use the hybrid model – an in-person gathering limited to ten people with a simultaneous Zoom meeting. Masks and reservations are required for the in-person study option. The deadline to register is by noon the day prior to the study. Contact Eric Johnson for more information or with questions.

Volunteers for Audio/Video Team Needed

Want the best seat on Sunday mornings? Get involved with the audio/video ministry here at First Pres. We will train you! In a short period of time, you could be working in the sound booth. Contact Evan via email at EvanB@firstpres.cc, call the front desk at (954) 462-6200, or drop by the sound booth after a service for more information.

Can You Be a Commuter Volunteer?

With the increased number of storms this season, we would like to encourage you to sign up to be a Commuter Volunteer. This is a way for you to be part of a team that can respond in the aftermath of a storm. With the COVID-19 pandemic the normal channels of assistance will not be able to respond, so we need your help to meet the needs of our communities all over the state.

Click here for more information on how to register.
