There is an old analogy that compares the life of discipleship to a tandem bicycle: two seats, two sets of pedals, but only one set of handlebars that steer. The standard response is for us to ask Jesus to get on the back seat and help us pedal. However, what the Bible suggests we ought to do is get on the back seat and let Him steer.
This week’s story is about Jesus walking on the water. It is found in Matthew 14:22-36.
It will be a great Sunday. I’ll be looking for you!
Yours in His service,
